  • What should I know about Jewelry before/after purchasing?
All jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, anklets etc;) is handmade. Sizing for these items will be in the description so please measure your wrist, neck, ankle before purchasing as there are no refunds/returns if the item arrives and does not fit you.
Do not swim or bathe in these items as they may become damaged. Do not leave out in the sun or in a hot environment as plastic and epoxy sealed items may melt.
All special made charms/beads are hand sculpted, painted and resin sealed meaning these items are not factory made and will have slight imperfections (o:
All photos for the items are the actual photo of THAT item. No items will be the same as each is made based on how I assemble the piece.
Price reflects cost of supplies + custom bead/charm making + assembly time. 

  • Will you offer International Shipping again?

Currently due to new shipping restrictions, mainly in the UK, I've stopped offering International Shipping. I do not plan to offer it again in the future as due to USPS shipping issues since COVID, orders take much longer to arrive and I don't want to risk a $40 package being lost in transit as I do not offer refunds for lost/stolen items. Shiping to CANADA is available at this time!

  • How does the preorder work?

If you order something through preorder and order something that is not a preorder item, your items will ship when I receive your preorder item. If you wish to receive the preorder later, you will have to purchase these items separately. If there is a delay in me receiving the preorder I will email you ASAP to alert you of the shipping changes!

  • When will the items be shipped?
Items are shipped every Monday-Tuesday. I spend Mondays packaging orders so please place orders before Sundays at Midnight EST if you want your item shipped the following Monday/Tuesday.

Shipping payment covers shipping and packaging/handling.

All orders come with a tracking number except for some stationary items (sticker sheets/packs). 

  • My package never arrived/said it arrived but isn't here?

If your item is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office for information and fill out a missing package report on USPS. Once the item leaves my house, I am no longer responsible for any lost packages. In the past, all lost packages have eventually been found. Please be patient if the item is lost on the mail truck or at the post office.

Please check your email for any updates from me if your address is written incorrectly or I need more information before shipping your order.

I do not offer returns or cancelling of orders once I have packaged them. Please double check items before you make your final purchase!
