  • What should I know about Jewelry/stitch markers when purchasing?
All jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, anklets etc;) and knitting/crochet accessories are handmade. Sizing for these items will be in the description so please measure before purchasing as there are no refunds/returns if the item arrives and does not fit you.
Do not swim/bathe in these items as they may become damaged. Do not leave out in the sun or in a hot environment as plastic and resin sealed items may melt.
All special made charms/beads are hand sculpted, painted and resin sealed meaning these items are not factory made and will have slight imperfections (o:
All photos for the items are the actual photo of THAT item. No items will be the same as each is made based on how I assemble the piece.
Price reflects cost of supplies + custom bead/charm making + assembly time. 

  • Will you offer International Shipping again?

International shipping is now active! If your country/location is not available please contact me via the button on the top of the page to let me know! 

  • When will the items be shipped?
Items are shipped every Thursday. I spend Wednesdays packaging orders so please place orders before Wednesday at Midnight EST if you want your item shipped the following Thursday.

Shipping payment covers shipping and packaging/handling.

All orders come with tracking unless you opt for using a stamp to save on shipping for some stationary items. If your item is lost in transit, I cannot offer a refund so please be aware of this when picking shipping options!

  • My package never arrived/said it arrived but isn't here?

If your item is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office for information and fill out a missing package report on USPS. Once the item leaves my house, I am no longer responsible for any lost packages. In the past, all lost packages have eventually been found. Please be patient if the item is lost on the mail truck or at the post office.

Please check your email for any updates from me if your address is written incorrectly or I need more information before shipping your order. 

DO NOT DM ME ON TWITTER OR INSTAGRAM. I often don't see these messages! Include your order # in any emails so I can quickly assist you! 

I do not offer returns or cancelling of orders once I have packaged them. Please double check items before you make your final purchase! If I need to refund you for an order, you will be subject to the Paypal reversal fee which I will exclude from your return payment.
